Home Things we Do Things we Believe Contact us

Our time of worship is a celebration of our relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.  We express the nature of that relationship in the various aspects of our worship.

Music:  We like to sing and use music to offer our praise to God and to bring us deeper into his presence.  We use a range of contemporary songs and traditional hymns.  We encourage everyone to join in with our singing in whatever way that is meaningful to them - some choose to raise their hands, some choose to remain seated and others simply stand and sing along.

Prayer:  We believe that prayer is an essential part of our relationship with God.  It is like breathing to our spiritual life so during the service we will pray at different times:

Bible Reading:  We believe that the Bible is God’s Word and therefore it is important that it be read in our time of worship.  The Bible passage then forms the basis  of the preaching where the minister seeks to unpack its message and apply it to our daily lives.

Communion: We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month.  It is open to all who love Jesus and are seeking a fresh encounter with the grace of God.  We use individual cups of grape juice and pieces of bread that are served to you where you are seated.
